how to use this website
After receiving your personal login-code and password you can enter our webshop. In the left column you will find the information about all our product groups, which are in their turn subdivided in all articles and different material types. Please note that with some bags you have to order the straps separately.
After completing the order you will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days, showing the expected delivery dates. Changes in your order are always possible, but inform us as soon as possible.
All our prices are without VAT. For deliveries within the Netherlands and Europe we need the VAT number of the company. When you order 20 pieces per style/per colour or more, we apply a discount of 5%.
Because it remains difficult to show the colours of the leather on the computer properly, we offer free colour cards with leather swaches. You can order the colour cards at the webshop.
All our sizes are in centimeters. Width x height x depth.
For new customers, the minimum initial order is € 300,-. For all next orders we propose a minimum of € 150,-, because of the added transport cost. Smaller orders are possible, but will be send as mailbox post.
On this site is not visible whether product is on stock or not. At order confirmation we will inform you about the planned delivery date. At the order you can indicate if the delivery may come in 2 parts.
All deliveries must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed. We only accept payments by bank transfer. If we still have not received payment 6 weeks after sending the proforma invoice, we will cancel the order.
All our packages within Europe are sent by GLS, packages outside Europe are sent by TNT, unless otherwise agreed. Transport costs are always for the recipient and are listed at the pro forma invoice.
